How to view Event/Photos

Before viewing Event: note that there are some Events that require an email and/or password for your protection.

  1. Go to Client Portal Tab.
  2. Click either Client Gallery or Portfolio Gallery.
  3. Select your Event.
  4. Enter your email and/or password if required.
  5. Click on View Gallery Now!

Selecting your Favorites

  1. While in the Event select your photo/image.
  2. Click the star on the bottom right on the photo/image.
  3. Click outside of the photo/image or the close button on the top right ( x ).
  4. On the top of the website in the event is a Favorites tab; click it.
  5. The photos/images you have selected for favorites will come up.

Sharing Photos/Images with Social Media

  1. While in the Event select your photo/image.
  2. Click on the bottom right corner of the photo/image the share symbol.
  3. A "How Would You Like To Share" will appear in the middle of the page.
  4. Select your social media.
  5. A new webpage will appear with the photo/image.
  6. Enter your comment and select "Share".

How to Download Photos/Images

  1.  While in the Event select your photo(s)/images(s).
  2. On the top right corner webpage you will see a "Download Album".
  3. An option pop up will appear in the middle of the page.
  4. You will need to enter your email followed by the "Download Pin" that is provided by the company.
  5. Click "Submit" on the bottom right of the pop up window.
  6. You will receive an email to the email account that you had provided in the pop up window
  7. The first email will provide a Copyright Realese Form from the company.
  8. The other email named "The photos are ready for download" will provide a link for downloading of the images. 
  9. In the email will have "Download Now" option highlight, click it.
  10. A new window will open saying "Files to download from ( your events name )"
  11. Click your "Files" to start your downloading. ( Files will be download as a ZIP file ) 

Making a Shopping Cart

  1. While in the Event, Select your photo/image.
  2. On the bottom right corner of the photo/image click the shopping cart symbol.
  3. An option pop up will appear in the middle of the page.
  4. Select you media type, size, and quantity. ( Prints, Digital Media, Canvas )
  5. In the bottom right corner of the pop up select "Add to Cart".
  6. To exit pop up select the close option on the top right corner ( x ).
  7. If you have a change of mind select close option or the cancel option.


To View Shopping Cart 


  1. In the top right corner of the webpage/Event is the shopping cart, select it. 
  2. Your shopping cart will appear with all your selected photos ready for ordering.

Placing Order

  1. In the top right corner of the webpage /Event is a shopping cart; click it.
  2. A new webpage will appear with your photos that you have selected for ordering.
  3. Click "Begin Checkout" on the Bottom right corner.
  4. A new page appears where you will need to fill out the following information. ( Phone Number, First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City,         State, Zip, Card Number, Expiration Date, CVS Number on the back of the card )
  5. Then select "Review Order".
  6. It will then send you back to your shopping cart with the additional information that you have previously filled out.
  7. Once you have reviewed your order you can select "Checkout".
  8. You will receive a email confirming your order.
